Escape to paradise at our luxurious 3-bedroom townhome in the private, gated complex of Waikoloa Beach Villas, located on the breathtaking Kohala Coast of the Big Island. Our poolside unit is among the largest in the complex and boasts 1,872 sq. ft. of indoor living space. From our private corner location, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai volcanoes.
As our guest, you’ll have exclusive access to the world-class amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa with our daily Hilton Pool pass, available for up to 6 guests. Dive into one of the 3 pools, race down the slides, and meander along the lazy river. Discover the wonders of the lagoon with a snorkel or kayak for an unforgettable experience. The pass comes with free towel service and parking for 1 car (Hilton Pool Pass is available for all stays in 2024/25 and we expect to renew for 2026 when made available by Hilton in the Oct/Nov timeframe).
Unwind in our spacious family room, featuring two plush sofa sitting areas and a massive 86-inch TV for your entertainment. Or retreat to the cozy upstairs loft with an additional sofa and smart TV. Each bedroom also come equipped with their own TVs for your enjoyment.
Create culinary masterpieces in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Or sizzle up some steaks on the barbecue on our private lanai and watch the kids play on the large greenbelt. Stay active at the nearby fitness center or take a refreshing dip in the tropically landscaped pool and jacuzzi across the lawn - a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The pool area was beautifully remodeled in 2022.

Our townhome comes with all the comforts of an upscale home, including a washer and dryer and an adjacent private garage for one car. A parking permit is provided for one additional car, allowing guests to park a total of 2 cars on the property.
Located in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort, our villa is just across the street from Queen’s Market Place and King’s Shops for casual and upscale shopping and dining. Savor a cup of coffee at Starbucks or a delicious meal at the Gourmet Market - both just a couple of minutes walk from the unit. Tee off at King’s Golf Course or Waikoloa Beach Course or explore Anaeho’omalu Bay and its ancient fishponds and petroglyphs within a 10-minute walk. The best beaches on the island - stunning Hapuna and Kauna’oa beaches - are an easy 10-minute drive away.

My husband, Lars, is a tech entrepreneur and I (Sherry) am an elementary school teacher. We have two adult daughters and we live in a suburb of Los Angeles, California. Lars had been dreaming about owning a place in Hawaii for years. I felt it was a lovely, but impractical dream, but in the end we made the dream a reality. We looked at several homes in different complexes on the Kohala coast. We chose the Waikoloa Beach Villas, because of the great location next to shops and restaurants, its low density, new construction, and spacious interior. We welcome you to our second home! Why they chose this property
We selected this town home, because of its great location close to many wonderful amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, its size, and the beautiful tropical landscaping and pool. Our two daughters love walking across the street to the stores and getting ice cream whenever they want at the Queen's Market Place and the King's Shops. The Big Island has so many things to do, without the large tourist crowds, and the snorkeling is fantastic!
What makes this property unique
We enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of A-Bay, Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach. We love that although we are in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, it is quiet and uncrowded. We love going coffee tasting in the Kona district and visiting the farmer's market in Hilo. There is a wonderful secluded pathway between the Marriott Hotel and the Hilton Waikoloa with stunning ocean/shore views. (Start at the Marriott sand volleyball court and see an opening in the bushes. Wear good shoes.) Once you get to the Hilton, check out Dolphin Quest, and take a free ride on the Hilton boat which gives you a fun overview of this enormous hotel.
