Exclusive semi-detached house in the picturesque and relaxed Lenggries in the Isarwinkel.

The house has a large and a small kitchen, each with a microwave / grill and refrigerator with 2 drawers for frozen food

The ground floor is bath / shower / washing machine / dryer, small kitchen, living / dining room and terrace with sun protection.

The first floor is equipped with a large living / dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher and toilet.
In the 2. Upstairs there is a shower room, 2x bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. We have 2x balcony and a patio in front of the entrance.

There are 1x parking space (limited in winter) and 1x garage available.

Perfectly equipped vacation home

We spent very nice winter days with a second family with 5 children. The house is very quiet on the outskirts of the village, but the gondola can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The house is very clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back.

Zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Das Ferienhaus war fĂŒr unsere Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen die perfekte Unterkunft. Der gerĂ€umige Wohn -/Essbereich bot viel Platz fĂŒr das gemeinsame Essen und gemĂŒtliche Zusammensitzen. Auch mit den vier Schlafzimmern, den zwei Badezimmern und der sehr gut ausgestatteten KĂŒche waren wir sehr zufrieden. FĂŒr FahrrĂ€der steht eine abschließbare Garage bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, BĂ€cker und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Mit dem Vermieter wurde alles Organisatorische im Vorfeld geregelt, hat auch gut geklappt.

Viel Platz, sehr sauber, schöne Lage

Wir haben die Osterfeiertage mit 7 erwachsenen Personen dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber, die KĂŒche super ausstaffiert und die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet hat uns gut gefallen. Lenggries und einige Wanderrouten sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Skiurlaub in Lenggries

Wir verbrachten eine Skiurlaubs-Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber schnell sind alle wichtigen Orte (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ortskern, Talstation) erreichbar.Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und es fehlte uns an nichts. In Sachen Sauberkeit gab es auch keinerlei Beanstandungen.Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer war nett und unkompliziert und der Check-In problemlos.Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. FußlĂ€ufig ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber und eine tolle Aussicht. Wer Wander will oder einfach nur seine Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder, das Ferienhaus war fĂŒr uns wie zu Hause, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. AusflĂŒge in jede Richtung durch die Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das TĂŒrschloss ist gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Als kleinen Tipp bitte die GĂ€stekarten nicht mit in GeschĂ€fte nehmen. Die lösen immer den Alarm aus und wer kann sollte die Garage nehmen, denn wir hatten ein Unwetter mit Hagel und nun sieht mein Auto aus wie ein fahrender Golfball. Aber die Natur hat uns dafĂŒr entschĂ€digt und zum Wandern und diverse Möglichkeiten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt,
