... in our beautiful, modern, spacious and family friendly Non smoking holiday apartment.
Upon your arrival you will find freshly made beds - towels are at your fingertips. You may use the existing board games at any time - as well as books from our "book exchange bazaar" invite you to read during your stay.
The apartment is suitable for families / couples and business travelers and can accommodate six people.

Our precious wine village Ellerstadt is located in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 motorway, you can reach the cities of Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg with their diverse offerings such as culture, education or shopping, in just a few minutes by car or by tram, with the line 4, with stop "Ellerstadt West or East.


Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house and offers you on 100 sqm three fully furnished rooms and a spacious kitchen and a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate guest toilet and a storage room.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Trotzdem nah an einer S-Bahn Station. Die Anbindung an die nah gelegen Städte ist sehr gut. So dass man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen.

Die Kommunikation war super. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, um uns die nähere Umgebung anzuschauen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat uns gefallen. Wir haben sehr gut im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus geschlafen.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer enormen Ausstattung. Alles funktioniert und ist in Tadellosen Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Super Ausgangspunkt für z.b. Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Manheim ,Speyer. Worms etc. Klasse Hausordung. Bitte unbedingt als erstes lesen. Verkürzt die Wege enorm. Die Hausordung ist sehr Aufwendig gemacht worden. Hut ab. Top Internetgeschwindigkeit ( 53 MB Download). Sehr Umfangreiche Ausstattung. Es fehlt so gut wie an nichts. Selbst Tee & Kaffee Vorrätig. Schöne Terrasse etc. Kommunikation mit H. Lauer war hervorragend. Das Objekt kann nur Empfohlen werden.

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider konnten, wir es wegen einer Erkältung nicht voll genießen. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig.
