Apartment ANNETTE is a duplex apartment and offers 3 *** - star comfort with an occupancy of 4 persons. On 55m ² there are two double rooms (one in the first level, the second upstairs under the roof overlooking the Haardtbirge), shower with toilet and a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle and toaster and south-facing balcony overlooking the Isenach. The floor of real planks in harmony with the partly modern, partly Mediterranean furnishings create a pleasant holiday atmosphere. The furnishings include linen, towels, safe, satellite TV and a radio.

Idyllically situated on the Isenach, with Tuscan flair and south-facing balcony overlooking the stream, our three apartments are furnished in a modern country house style. Our garden with southern flair may be used to rest, play or barbecue; unless our wine festival is taking place. A bakery with Sundays and public holiday from 8 - 11 clock is located in the village. In the fridge you will already find some of our wines (which we charge at the current list price without extra charge), grape juice and mineral water. Do you have special wishes? Let us know! A small wine tasting during your stay is possible on request.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, in Traumlage

Die Lage und die Wohnung einfach super. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und wichtigen Infos versorgt.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft, nette Vermieter

Schönes Appartment mit netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Der Ort selber hat nicht so viel zu bieten aber die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Pfalz

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Erpolzheim. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer und konnten im großen Garten spielen und rumtollen. Alles was man braucht findet man entweder in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Bäckerei, Spielplatz, Gaststätten) oder in der Nähe - z.B. in Freinsheim (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Weinstuben, usw.). Wir konnten wandern im Pfälzerwald oder durch die Weinreben, hatten viel Spaß am Lambsheimer Weiher und haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch an die Familie Kohl, für den netten Empfang, die herzliche Art und den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die hauseigenen Weine haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Unser Fazit: Den Urlaub auf dem Weingut Kohl können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.
