The Wave: luxury holiday apartment right on the water with heated lounger, sauna and fireplace

Our completed in September 2018 apartment "The WAVE" is located on the first floor of a small apartment building, right on the waterfront on the north pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.

The apartment is equipped with a large living room with dining area and a high quality kitchen, a large balcony with sea view, two bedrooms and a luxurious spa bath.

Park directly in front of the front door and take the elevator to the 1. Drive upstairs. The luxury flair of the apartment catches our guests already upon entering the apartment with the welcome by Italian designer tiles.

From the hallway, our guests enter the open plan living area, which makes every holidaymaker's heart beat faster with its high-quality furnishings, the amenities tailored to the sea and the large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass frontage.

When cooking with high-quality branded appliances and many accessories (u. Senseo) in this perfectly equipped kitchen every amateur chef will feel good, because this kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here, the events can be observed directly on the water or you can talk alongside by the wall-mounted and rotatable Ambilight Smart TV.

This Ambilight Smart TV in the living area can be equipped with the Bluetooth column incl. Radio tuners are connected. The cozy sofa with two stools, the comfortable dining table and a stove make this room the linchpin of your holiday.

The floor to ceiling panoramic windows with access to the spacious balcony allow at any time a clear view of the harbor entrance, the Baltic Sea and the marina of the marina.

A special highlight in this apartment is the bathroom. In addition to a large walk-in rain shower and a Finnish sauna with direct sea views, our guests can expect a luxury wellness pool, which stands directly in front of the large picture window overlooking the Baltic Sea. Pure relaxation for body, mind and soul while listening to the sound of the waves.
The high-quality bathroom equipment with double vanity, vanity mirror and large illuminated mirror from Villeroy & Boch, as well as access to the large balcony, make this room a wellness oasis. A guest toilet is also available to our guests. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

In both bedrooms there are high quality box spring beds and in the master bedroom also a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single boxspring beds and two chests of drawers that provide ample storage space. From this bedroom you can already enjoy the view of the free Baltic Sea when you wake up. All bedrooms are provided with pleats and blackout, so that nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep.

A washing machine, two laundry baskets, an iron with ironing board and the possibility to stow suitcases and the like is located in the storage room. Another highlight of this holiday home are two beach chairs, two fishing rods with basic equipment and two beach chairs, which are available to our guests.

The large south-facing and covered balcony allows to enjoy the sunny side all day long and is equipped with a double lounging area, a lounge sofa with sofa, two armchairs and a height-adjustable table. From here you can enjoy the view over the sea, enjoy breakfast or savor the sunset while enjoying a sundowner drink. For the culinary enjoyment and the evening candlelight dinner is a brand electric grill with smoked flavor available.

A lockable bike room is also part of the holiday property.

The apartment "The Wave" is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be building activity in the area. We are happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
