Apartment Seelounge 30 is the perfect place for your family vacation! The new building was completed at the end of 2018 and has all the amenities one could wish for. With three spacious bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate six guests.

location
The apartment is in a quiet location in the heart of Scharbeutz. Through the beautiful spa gardens you can walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach within four minutes. Bakeries and supermarkets are also within walking distance and there is a great children's playground behind the house.

The modern and light-flooded apartment extends over two floors. The large living room on the ground floor has floor-to-ceiling windows and is ideal as a common lounge for the whole family. The cozy sofa landscape invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the spacious dining area for six people. Next to it is the modern kitchenette, which is equipped with high-quality Siemens devices. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired here: in addition to a children's cutlery and dishes, a milk frother and two types of coffee machine, it also has a designer extractor hood. From the open living area you have access to the furnished terrace (approx. 17 m², facing west), from which you can reach the large garden (approx. 100 m²) and your own shed with power supply.
On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 wide), a spacious wardrobe and flat-screen TV as well as the guest toilet. In the basement you will find the second bedroom, which also has a cozy box spring bed (1.80 wide), a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom with the two box spring beds (each 0.90 wide) is ideal as a children's room. The single beds can also be pushed together to form a double bed. The flat screen TV has an integrated DVD drive.
Also in the basement you will find the bright and modern bathroom with a large window, a walk-in and tiled shower, and with a spacious double vanity. A Siemens washing machine and a towel radiator are also included in the bathroom. The dressing room with plenty of storage space for your wardrobe and luggage, a shoe rack and a full-length mirror rounds off the offer. A cot and high chair are available free of charge and you can easily park the stroller in the large hallway.

The entertainment is well taken care of here. The flat-screen TV in the living room has a blue ray player, ambilights and of course a digital cable connection. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat-screen TVs. The hi-fi system with radio / CD and Bluetooth speakers lets you enjoy your own music on vacation. For the little guests there is a portable CD player and a retro Nintendo game console with pre-stored games such as B. the classic game Mario Kart. WLAN access is also included.

Design & style
The apartment is decorated on 77 m² with great attention to detail and is furnished to a high standard in a cozy Nordic-Scandinavian style. The sophisticated and airy design creates a unique ambience. The underfloor heating in the entire apartment ensures a pleasant room climate. Almost all rooms can be darkened using electric shutters.

Parking & bicycles
So that you do not have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a parking space in front of the house. You can park your bikes in your own shed (12 m²), which also has a power connection and light. E-bikes are also safe and secure here. You can also use the storage room to dry clothes.
