The comfortable 2-room (60 m²) holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor of the "Villa Kurpark" - centrally and quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the pier.

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on your private garden-facing terrace, which is located directly in front of the bright living area. The apartment includes a free underground parking space. The apartment is located in the integrated into the Steigenberger Aparthotel "Villa Kurpark" (Apartment 409), but is not serviced by the hotel.
The beach is not 100m away and the private terrace adjoins the idyllic Martha-Müller-Grählert Park (spa park). Just around the corner is the pedestrian area with numerous shops and restaurants.

Strandperle Zingst Ap. 409

Die Wohnung war furchtbar dunkel, wir haben den ganzen Tag das Licht angehabt. Die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung war ok. In der Beschreibung wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Der größte Minuspunkt war allerdings der enge Tiefgaragenplatz, der nur für kleine Pkw`geeignet war. Man musste viel rangieren und hatte Mühe beim Aus- und Einsteigen!
