The non-smoking house was completed in 2014 and offers plenty of space for 4 people on about 90 square meters of living space.
The house is equipped with a living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (1x1 double bed, 1x2 single beds), two bathrooms (shower / WC and bath / shower / WC) and a balcony.
The ground floor and both bathrooms are heated by underfloor heating.
The house has a travel cot and high chair, two satellite TV with DVD player, a stereo radio (CD, Bluetooth, USB), a safe and free Wi-Fi. A terrace, a lockable bicycle shed and two parking spaces are available on the fenced plot. The house is located in a quiet side street near the center, to the beach is only about 800 m.
Pets (dog, cat, etc.) are not allowed in this house.
