Relaxing Stay

My family and I rented this home for the Fourth of July weekend. We had a very good time. The home is very beautiful. It has a beautiful pool in the back that my and grandchildren really enjoyed using. There are plenty of groceries stores and entertainment all around the neighborhood. The home is not far from Six Flags. Fiesta Texas, which was great cause that was one of our destinations for the weekend. There is a movie theater right close by that we took advantage of. We had a very great time in this beautiful home. Thank you very much to the owners.

Very clean house, house was advertised as having a heated pool but the heater didn’t work. Owner made it right for us. Would like to stay at house again if the pool heater works.

Barely the minimum

The house is large and has a lot of potential to be a great place, but falls woefully short. The neighborhood was nice and safe. The A/C and wi-fi worked great. It was also conventiently located to Sea World. I specifically rented the house because of the pool and hot tub. But the hot tub never worked the whole time we were there and the pool was dirty. The beds were comfortable, but only had a duvet cover (no comforter) so may as well have been a sheet. The house boasts to sleep alot of people, which it can, but is not equipped with wash clothes, towels or kitchen ware for that many people. The washer and dryer did not work well either, requiring several run cycles on each to get the clothes clean and dry. There was no broom, so we had to borrow one from the neighbor to clean up a little. The communication was lacking as well. I finally got a response to the hot tub and pool issue at 1:30 am on the second night there. The offer was made to let us move to another house, but we had set vacation activities and moving at that point wasn't feasible. The pool guy finally showed up at 8:45 pm on our last night there. Again, this house has a lot of potential, but I did not feel like it met the description provided nor met the value for the amount of money I paid.

This guest never addressed the issue mentioned here, except for the hot tub. We offered them to move to a bigger, more expensive house of ours with no extra charge, but they refused.
