This newly remodeled home features 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 4-car garage, an open floor plan. Brand new gourmet kitchen, resort style swimming pool + hot tub + outdoor fireplace and gorgeous views of vineyards. It is the perfect house to unwind with friends and families!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn of all cooking or heating appliances (oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, iron, etc.)
Set Thermostat to Heat 60 or Cool 80.
If time permits, we would greatly appreciate it if you could start the laundry with the towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful, quiet and fun house.

The house was decorated so beautifully. The pool and yard were so perfect for relaxing and having fun. Safe and quiet neighbor with a Trader Joe's minutes away. Fully stocked kitchen. Super responsive when we had a pool question. Just a great stay!

An outstanding property and a wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful at this lovely, stylish, well-equipped and impeccably clean property. It is much larger than the photos suggest, the kitchen is finished to a very high specification (we loved the Viking professional cooker!), the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms of hotel standard and the outside pool and spa great fun, The house is an excellent base to explore the area and enjoy the home as well.

Great modern home

Wow! This is a fabulous modern home to rent in Templeton. Everything was new and clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the decor and the big beautiful backyard. The pool was delightful and there are several outdoor spaces to hang out in depending on whether you want sun or shade. The beds were all super comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in. I would highly recommend this property which is only a short drive to Paso Robles and several fantastic wineries. .
