Welcome to this newly constructed, modern mountain retreat that is French Broad Flathouse! You will immediately feel at home in this dog friendly, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home as your comfort was considered with décor and details throughout. Located just minutes from downtown Asheville and close to UNCA, shopping, parks, including the newly built Silver-Line Park on the French Broad River.

Upon entering the abundance of natural light will wash over you. With hardwood floors throughout, the open floor plan, the clean lines and attention to detail are obvious. The living room flows right into the fully functional kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops where everyone will gather to create memories.

You will have plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group inside and out. Head down to the game room with foosball, an arcade game, Adult size Connect4 game and large screen tv. Wifi is provided throughout as well. The covered back porch is the perfect space to take in the mountain air. And don't forget about the fire-pit! Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Very Nice Home

We Love The Flathouse

It’s saying a lot when I stay at a VRBO twice in 3 months. The home is extremely clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. They even provide shampoo which is called Everything for Every Body, 3in1. I loved it so much I bought my own on Amazon. The yard is very big and completely fenced in, our two little dogs really enjoyed it. A large finished basement with games for kids and big TV too. We will definitely be returning.

60th birthday girls weekend

The property was ideal for our group of friends and family and my 13 year old miniature pinscher who joined me to celebrate my 60th birthday. Short Uber rides to Downtown, comfortable lodgings and spacious rooms made for an ideal environment. Prompt communication from the leasing team, clean rooms, and thorough instructions. The only recommendation I would make would be to add a half bathroom on the bottom floor. Thanks so much for a fun weekend!

Great house!

It was a wonderful house in a very convenient location close to downtown Asheville and the Asheville Country Club where we attended a wedding. Very comfortable and clean. My only suggestions for improvement would to provide separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of a 3-in-1 product and to provide additional towels. We would definitely stay here in again if we visit Asheville again.
