PARCEL AND SHIPPING
Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure.

The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to 10-bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
We would like to inform you that construction of a new residential building has started near our hotel. We want to assure you that despite this, your comfort and experience remain our top priority.

Please note that the construction will not affect any of our amenities and services, and it will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. There may be some noise during certain periods within that timeframe, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule.

Unfortunately, the construction next door is beyond our control. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure you have a wonderful stay at our hotel. We appreciate your confidence in choosing our condominium for your stay in Miami.

FEES PAYABLE FOR THE GUESTS DURING THE STAY
The Marenas Beach Resort charges the following fees for every booked apartment:

1. Valet Parking: $30.00 per night, mandatory if you bring a car.
2. Resort Service: $28.25 per night.
3. Administrative Fee: $10.00 per night of Administrative Fee

*The Resort and Administrative fees are capped after 21-days, meaning that you don't pay more after that frame. The fees start accumulating again after the 30th-day period.

Beautiful ocean view and bay views 2 BR suite

Beautiful ocean view and bay views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen , washer dryer. Clean. 20 minutes from Miami, and everything is within walking distance. Publix, Navarro, cvs, restaurants.. Would stay again. Property manager host excellent . Dr. Lilly

I don't recommend it at all. I was over charged for a place that wasn't worth it we left a day earlier do to the fact couldn't enjoy our selfs.

Absolutely Beautiful

We rented this condo for a family vacation. The host was easy to get a hold of and answered every question I had. The resort was beautiful and clean. I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff. Everyone was friendly and every need we had was met. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. View was out of this world from both balconies. The condo can use some updating but I understand the resort is responsible for updating the condo’s. I would 100% stay here again and hope to very soon.

Stunning Views

The condos ocean front views are breathtaking, right on the beach and very easy to access. There’s a view of the ocean from every room and a wrap around balcony that can be accessed from both bedrooms. Restaurants, shopping and activities are close by. David, the host, was very attentive and followed up within minutes to all inquiries. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. You won’t be disappointed.

I graduated in Business Communication. Based on my knowledge, I have used my skills to guide people and recognize their needs. That is the main reason cause I have combined my two passions, the tourism and the sales in this vocation: the vacation rental management.

I learned about this business through significant mentors, who gave me a hand and introduced me to real estate. Since then, I have worked directly with owners for the last eleven years, and I contributed to creating business strategies, and I kept direct control in the properties management.

I have cooperated with companies as Multi Lending Group promoting their rentals and their sales options in Florida. Mandala Tours, with headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil, were my partners connecting their clients with my properties. Finally, I have worked in cooperation with Elite International Realty as an international travel agent.

I am working in cooperation with my experienced partner Barbara Murad, whom we joined our efforts to consolidate a Vacation Rentals company for the last five years. Now we are a specialist in several beachfront buildings, offering a detailed inventory of locations, styles, and characteristics.
