Our host not only met us at the door, but guided us to the parking spot, helped us unload the car and helped us ferry the luggage into the condo. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Unique in my experience with bnb's.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Dumfoundling Bay, wo viele kleine Boote entlang fahren.Positiv:viel Strandmobiliar: Strandmatten, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Transportwagen im Apartment vorhandenPool im EG, leicht gesalzenes Wasser, ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme, Aussicht auf den Bay. Stock des GebäudesNegativ:Die Einrichtung, insbesondere im Bad, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert werden. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur zentral für alle Räume gleichzeitig steuern.Bis Downtown Miami (Hafen, Art District) oder zum South Beach sind es je nach Verkehrslage 35-45 min mit dem Auto. Dort muss man immer ein Parkhaus fürs Auto suchen, da man kaum an den Straßen parken kann. Miami Park App funktioniert nicht auf deutschen Handys.An den Vermieter:Leider verfügt das Apartment über zu wenig Kochgeschirr und Küchenausstattung für 4-6 Personen. Es fehlt: Ein großer Kochtopf (5 Liter), eine große Anti-Haft beschichtete Pfanne, eine Auflaufform, sowie mehr Teller und Schüsseln.

The owner here do not care about people that are renting it. It is your responsibility to make sure the condo is perfect before renting it. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is good and you can walk to the sea. Nice that there are beach chairs in the appartment. It’s also close to the supermarket and a few cafes. It would help to get a vacuum cleaner that works and picks up dust. It would be a nice touch to also leave a few dishwasher tablets and hand soap in the bathrooms. Andrea who checked us in was very helpful.

Muy sucio, falta renovar

La ubicación es extraordinaria, la vista de la terraza increíble, muy amplio el departamento. Necesita ser renovado en su totalidad, los sillones están viejos y sucios, la limpieza de la casa es deplorable, todo lleno de polvo y muy desgastado, la administradora Andrea muy amable y muy atenta, cuando se pidió que limpien la casa, consiguió que vengan chicas de limpieza (estas últimas no limpiaron absolutamente nada inclusive en mi presencia). El baño está muy feo, la regadera muy pequeña, las tinas se cierran con cortina vieja y sucia. Necesita una completa renovación. La alberca bien en general, nada especial, pero está tranquila y adecuada

I loved the fact that the pool was heated. That was a major plus. The manager of the property, Andrea was always available to answer any question we had which was superb and very appreciative. The location was great. The beach was in walking distance. Publix and many great restaurants was in walking distance from the room. In addition, the rooms were pretty nice and clean. Although the rooms were somewhat older, they actually had a modern look with the decor. To make this room more appealing, the washing machine needs to be replaced or serviced. It had a funky smell that caused all of our clothes to smell like mildew. The clothes actually smelled worse after washing them. I also would suggest more cleaning products in the room. I really believe people would actually help keep the room sanitized and clean if cleaning products were available. Also, the weight room could use some enhancement. There were only 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb dumbbells. Overall, this was a great stay for our needs. I would recommend this stay for others.

First class property in a high class area.

We stayed eight nights over spring break. The condo owner is great. He communicates readily. The condo is on the 10th floor with a balcony view that is awesome. Exceptional area. Expensive community. Very safe and clean area. You can walk to just about anything...beach is a couple of blocks. The condo is excellent with everything we needed. Nice view of the ocean at the condo entrance. Great pool! Quiet is the word for the whole complex. We highly recommend this property.

Nice condo near the beach

The condo is good sized and has a nice view off of the balcony. The pool area is nice and not crowded. You are staying in a residential condo though so you do have to mind their myriad list of rules. There are a few places to walk to like Publix, couple of playgrounds, and a nearby strip of pretty good local Greek/Russian ethnic food. You can walk to a beach as well. The location is pretty easy access to drive to nearby beaches in case it’s crowded. Overall it’s a good area to be in and a nice place to stay.
