It’s ok!

This property was ok. When we first arrived we seemed to like it but the next day we noticed bugs, ants and roaches! We don’t live like that at home so we don’t expect to live like that on vacation! The hostess was very persistent on us checking in. Talked to her several times before we even made it to the location and that was very annoying! But after we checked in with the problems we had she was not a good responder at all! It was like “we got you here now” type thing. There was not enough towels, trash bags for a family of 4 staying for a whole week. Again when I texted about this there was no response! Everything was in Spanish including the thermostat, the TV etc. we had to figure out how to change the language ourselves because again the hostess did not respond until a day later! It’s very far from everything so be prepared! I would not stay there again!

Nice condo in a nice area.

This was a nice updated condo. The location was perfect for quick access to several beaches. We were able to walk (15 min walk) or drive to beaches. It was also close to a few grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of shopping. Our host was very helpful when we had a question. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our view of the water. Things to think about when staying here are, if you are cooking, it is not stocked well. We had to buy a cookie sheet, can opener, and hot pads. There are two showers in the master bath, one of them does not have hot water, no matter how long we ran it. Use the tub/shower. The pool closed at dusk, which was 5:23 PM. We found that frustrating as we wanted to soak in the hot tub a few nights and were not able to. That had more to do with building rules. So maybe a question to ask for a future booking. If we are ever back in the area, this is where we would stay again.

Ausgezeichnete Wahl

Wir sind in Miami ohne unserer Koffer angekommen und waren sehr froh über die schon vorhandenen Dusch- und anderen Körperpflegemittel. Das Appartement liegt im 8 Stockwerk und besitzt daher einen tollen Blick in die Weite. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, alles hat funktioniert. Sehr ruhige Lage. Klimaanlage ist angenehm und gut individuell einstellbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir mussten 4 Tage auf unserer Koffer warten und konnten daher den Pool nicht ausprobieren. Unsere Reise ging danach weiter. Die Möglichkeit der Buchung für nur wenige Tage ist aus unserer Sicht ebenfalls grossartig.

Das Appartement ist nett eingerichtet und mit allem was man bracht ausgestattet, nur eine Schere fehlte in der Kücheneinrichtung. Unsere Koffer sind in Miami erst 4 Tage später eingetroffen, kein Problem alles was wir für die Körperpflege dringend brauchten war in den Bädern schon vorhanden. Die Betten sind super und die Aussicht ist einfach toll. Den Swimmingpool konnten wir leider nicht nutzten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und den anderen Kontaktpersonen vor Ort war problemlos, respektvoll, nett und zeitnah. Die Möbel sind bequem und passen zueinander. Wir würden das Appartement wieder mieten.
