We love this location and have stayed in this building for 3 years now. It is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The property is well maintained and the pool area very nice. Highly recommend!

Great Spot in Sunny Isles Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went very well from check-in to check-out. Andrea was super responsive and got us everything we needed. Highly recommend this group if you are looking for short term rentals.

Well located, walkable distance to beach (0.5 mile). Nice condo with beautiful intercostal view. Safe parking. Well maintained pool. Unfortunately there was no hot water for the bathtub during our stay.
