The villa was built in 1880 in the Wilhelminian style. In 1994, it was stylishly and lovingly restored and welcomes its guests. The 72m² apartment in the villa is located in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with panoramic views of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea and the harbor from the 24m ² panoramic roof terrace.

The 72m² apartment has a bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a small separate kitchen, a living room and a dining room with access to the spacious roof terrace with panoramic views of the harbor and the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. There is a large double bed in the bedroom. In the dining room is a sofa bed as an extra bed for 2 children up to 16 years ready.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
