Inside you'll find high ceilings, a bright interior, and lots of natural light, making this home away from home feel warm and welcoming. Perfect for groups or families, there's something for everyone here. Gather round the living area to chat, stream movies on the wall-mounted TV, or cozy up next to the fireplace with a good book. Create memories together while playing board games or eating a grand meal in the formal dining area. The chef of the group will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, complete with a floating island range and breakfast bar. For those who need to stay connected and work, there's a dedicated workspace in the laundry area with a desk and chair.

With plenty of room for everyone and a TV in every bedroom, everyone will sleep comfortably. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower, and a private entrance out to the deck and pool.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pets are not permitted in the pool.
Rokus are provided, but guests are to use their own streaming accounts.
The main bedroom closet is locked and to remain locked for owner/management purposes.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
