Modern, high quality furnished studio apartment with a striking, fully glazed window front.

Below is a spacious entrance area, the kitchen with seating and the bathroom (sink / shower / toilet). The light main room on the upper floor is reached via a spacious wood / steel staircase. There is a table with 4 comfortable chairs, a cupboard, shelves, an armchair and the TV (Sat / 4K). The comfortable double bed (2x90x200) is separated by a shelf. The windows have sun protection with vertical awnings. There is free WiFi.

On the west side it goes from the main room to the cozy, wooden roof terrace. The apartment has its own parking space on the north side of the building.
The house is in a quiet residential area with many gardens. The Begatal nature reserve is less than 200m away, and it takes 10 minutes to the Brake castle. Nevertheless, it is only 2km to the city center, and only 1.6km to the university of applied sciences.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé pour ce qui me concerne. ( 11 km des halls de foire ) Le calme y est absolu et le duplex est tout simplement magnifique. C’est lumineux, la terrasse en bois est un must et l’appartement bénéficie de tout le confort moderne. Excellente literie. Un tout petit bémol, mais qui sera très vite solutionné d’après le propriétaire, c’est la qualité du wifi. Pour le reste, absolument fabuleux
