The house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the pool, pool table, paddle boards, and bunk room! The kitchen and house were very well supplied, house very clean. Brandon answered every text almost immediately! Fantastic week at the lake with our family of 14!!

The app helped us know all the ins and outs of staying for the week so I recommend sharing that with your group. Highlights from the trip included the large kitchen, kayaks available, dock for our boat, and room for everyone. The pool table was also such a fun things to have. The older visitors (age range was 82 down to 11 months) loved the main shaded deck that looked out over the lake and pool. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and games. I really can’t think of anything we didn’t enjoy. Hope to come back and stay again!

Our family had an amazing multigenerational trip here. The home is spotless, spacious, and welcoming – comfortable without feeling overly fussy. The Lake view was gorgeous, and the added touches ( waffle bar s’mores by the fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks) made the experience unforgettable Brandon‘s responsiveness and hospitality were exceptional. We would gladly rebook.

The house was beautiful and had so many extra things to make our stay special. Games, waffle bar, pool toys,etc. Our favorite part was sitting outside in the evenings around the fire pit overlooking the lake. We will definitely try to rebook next time we come back!

weather prevented enjoying outside amentities but plenty of inside activities with games, pool table, ping pong etc.great communication and response froim host.lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which proved valuable with three teens also good separation with adult upstair space and teen downstair.

This was probably one of the best places we have stayed. It was very clean and comfortable. They had everything you could ask for, including the little details like extra blankets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, smores kits, and even a waffle bar! There were plenty of activities for the kids to do: pool, ping pong, games, fishing, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was too cold to enjoy the lily pad, kayaks, or the pool but the fire table was nice and the sunset was amazing.

Great location and amenities' with gorgeous views!

Our stay at Bella Vista was outstanding! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and gave us the hang out space we were hoping for as a family and friend group. The property manager was extremely helpful and the views were outstanding from morning to night. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay, stayed last year too…We love the house the location and we would encourage anyone to visit..the fishing was great, the pool kept the teens occupied…it’s a great place.

Perfect family getaway!

We could not have found a better place to celebrate my husband’s birthday! There was so much to do for everyone with pool activities, lake fun, and reflection time on one of the many decks. The coffee and waffle bar were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.
