Fantastic apartment in beach house style right on the sea. The large south-facing terrace is adjacent to the marina of Marina-Olpenitz. From the bedroom our guests enjoy the view of the Schlei, the Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea. The apartment is high quality and tastefully decorated and offers with two bedrooms and a spacious living area with integrated kitchen and dining table the perfect holiday home for carefree holidays on the water. The apartment Pier51 is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, which was built directly on a jetty and surrounded by water.

The light-filled rooms of the apartment stretch over 83 m². The open-plan living space has a comfortable sofa with armchairs and offers beautiful panoramic views of the resort's harbor. The spacious living area is a great center for a family holiday. The adjoining open-plan kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a range of technical amenities, as well as a dining area that overlooks the water at breakfast. Relax on the large terrace, which is directly adjacent to the yacht harbor and faces south. Watch the incoming and outgoing sailing yachts or fish directly from the terrace. For leisurely hours you also have an original Baltic Sea beach chair available.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, which allow awakening with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mouth of the Schleuse or to Maasholm. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm and blackout curtains.
In the large spa bath with infrared sauna and mood light, a large whirlpool with integrated shower, toilet and vanity starts the day particularly beautiful. At Schietwetter you can relax and be relaxed. A washing machine is also available.

On the terrace our guests have a dining table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol available. In the own beach chair can be enjoyed from the terrace the sunset with a Sundowner. For a cozy barbecue, our guests also have an electric grill available. Take advantage of the lawn around the house and look forward to a parking space in front of the house.

Note for guests with reduced mobility: You reach the apartment through a stepless entrance. All doors (except sauna) have a width of 80 cm. In the bathroom, if necessary, a tub / swivel seat is available which is placed on the edge of the tub. The patio door threshold can be overcome by a ramp. At the toilet we have attached a handle. The apartment is wheelchair friendly but not completely handicapped accessible. Please ask for safety.

The apartment is part of the northern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area. We are happy to inform you about the exact status. Unfortunately, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
