Only 5 minutes walk from the lake you will find our bright, absolutely stylish apartment in Friedrichshafen - Fischbach. Fischbach is a suburb of Friedrichshafen and only 6 km from the city center. Live on 59 square meters in 2 rooms. The light-filled living room with dining area and sofa bed invites you to linger. Wi-Fi is also available.
Enjoy a sunny southwest balcony with barbecue in a quiet location. Ideal for nice Saturdays.
Our apartment also offers you a new and very well equipped kitchen with numerous electrical appliances. There is also a bathroom with a shower / bathtub and a daylight bathroom. A separate toilet is also available.
Use a private car parking space directly at the house. Bicycle storage facilities are also available in the basement.
The location offers you a very good traffic connection with a top starting point for excursions. The bus stop is also just around the corner.
Baker with café, farm shop, pharmacy, the local outdoor pool, as well as beaches and numerous restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity (all within walking distance in a few minutes).

Das Gute zuerst: See und Geschäfte, dazu Restaurants sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar gewesen und super lieb und zuvorkommend. Sie sind dreimal gekommen, um Dinge zu richten. Aber: letzteres wäre nicht nötig gewesen, wenn diese Wohnung regelmäßig gewartet würde. Die Fußbodenheizung konnte ich nicht selbst anstellen, die Fernsehprogramme nicht selbst installieren, im Bad fehlte Licht. Und es gibt weder einen Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen noch einen Arbeitsplatz. Auch hier würde rasch Abhilfe geschaffen; aber letztendlich muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung so, wie sie ist, nur für eine Person geeignet ist. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 70er Jahren mit orangen Clo und Waschbecken und den typischen braunen Kacheln. Es müsste gestrichen werden, der Boden ( Laminat) ist an vielen Stellen defekt. Hier wurde Jahrzehnte lang nicht investiert. Eigentlich schade! Und: in der Erntesaison rattern im 5-Minutentakt Traktoren mit äpfelgefüllten Traktoren am Haus vorbei. Aber nachts - da ist es ruhig. Insgesamt ist die Bilanz also gemischt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wahrscheinlich gar nicht schlecht.

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Casa Sofia gefallen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (z. B. anständige Messer), geräumiges Appartement mit Westbalkon, auf dem man die Nachmittagssonne genießen kann. Freundliche Vermieterin ist schnell zu erreichen. Fußläufig sind Lokale, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Edeka, Obsthof), Apotheke und der Bodensee zu erreichen. Schnelle Verbindung mit ÖPNV nach Friedrichshafen-Stadt.

Fast wie zuhause

Wohlfühlen war inklusive. Wir haben einen komplette und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete (komplette) Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter war nicht nur vorbildlich sondern auch überaus herzlich. Von Fischbach aus lässt sich bequem mit dem ÖPNV oder Schiff der gesamte Bodensee erkunden. Und abends -zurück in der Wohnung - ist Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Balkon mit einer guten Flasche Bodensee-Wein angesagt. Mehr braucht kein Mensch - zumindest wir nicht, wenn wir Urlaub machen!

Ganz wunderbar

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Vollständig eingerichtet mit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Die Vermietung verlief äußerst unkompliziert mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Vor allem der kurze Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle gefiel uns, da man ab Fischbach mit dem Bus gut mobil ist. Beim nächsten Mal Urlaub am Bodensee gerne wieder :-)

Entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung Casa Sofia ist sehr gut ausgestattet , es ist alles da was man braucht. Sie ist super sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist dennoch zentral. Über einen Fußweg gelangt man in nur fünf Minuten direkt zum See. Dort gibt es einen kleinen aber feinen Biergarten. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war extrem sauber (absolut top!) & wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt! Das Bad & das WC waren optisch zwar wie eine kleine Zeitreise ;-) Aber anhand der Bilder wusste man dies ja bereits vorher & somit war das absolut kein Thema für uns.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht , ist super ausgestattet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Fahrradkeller unterbringen. Die Nachbarn waren freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Man konnte viel unternehmen und erreicht viele verschiedene Orte. Super ausgebaute Fahrradwege. Aufgrund von Corona haben wir die Gastgeberin nicht persönlich kennengelernt, was wir bedauern. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Bodensee

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Alles ist vorhanden. Man kann den Bodensee in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen, der kleine Biergarten dort direkt am See war toll. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, so dass man schnell mit dem Bus nach Friedrichshafen fahren konnte. Frau Martinez war super nett und hatte gleich gute Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
