New construction within 1 mile of bay beach and Nickerson Park

Walk or ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail to sandy Linnell Landing beach (< 1 mile), Nickerson State Park (1/3 mile) and Ocean Edge Resort (<1 mile) from this sunsplashed apartment (similar to a Condo or Flat). Access trail to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is at the cul-de-sac. Everything is brand new and very private. Enjoy the lovely private patio with a gas grill and fire pit table. Relax in the comfortable furnishings and central A/C. The apartment is an attached addition to the main house. All rooms and the patio shown belong to the apartment and the only shared space is the garden/yard/play area.

Enjoy the rooftop bar and beach bar at nearby Ocean Edge Resort (both are open to the public). Take a swim at Linnell Landing Beach or at the ponds at Nickerson State Park. Rent a sunfish sailboat, play golf or miniature golf, take a bike ride, explore gift shops and antique shops and watch the sunset on Cape Cod Bay.

Apartment was gorgeous and luxurious. The location was very convenient, close to bay beaches and a short drive to the national seashore. We walked on the bike trail to Cobie’s for dinner one night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great family stay

The property is exactly as described. New, clean, comfortable and has everything you may need. It is close to beaches and activities. We stayed with one of our granddaughters and it was perfect. I especially like having an extra 1/2 bathroom and central air. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Brewster Home

I can’t say enough great things about this rental home. I grew up in Brewster and know the cape well. This is conveniently located to Brewster’s bayside beaches, the kettle ponds at Nickerson, and the rail trail for biking. It’s a quick walk to Cobie’s for food and ice cream. Plus, the town center, coffee shops, and other landmarks like Ocean Edge are right around the corner.The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were available). The patio area with grill and fire table allowed for a relaxing night after a long day at the beach or bike riding.Hazel and Rich were excellent hosts—they perfectly balanced providing privacy while being available when we needed.Overall, this was one of my favorite vrbo stays!

Sweet Suite and Location

We spent last week on the Cape and this 2-bedroom suite was the perfect stay for our family. Brand new, coastal charm within easy drive and walks to park, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and serene location and lovely owners who provided amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, secluded patio/firepit and recommendations to make the most of our visit. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Brewster

Richard and Hazel were fantastic hosts! Their property is brand new, impeccably maintained and close to many attractions, including the beach! As a family, the property was perfect for our needs and we highly recommend it. They clearly take great pride in being great hosts and the little attentions are really appreciated. Charming cozy cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully done and very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a great location too - we loved riding our bikes on the trails and viewing beautiful sunsets at Linnell Landing. The hosts were great too. Highly recommend!

The property is a great place to stay, new and super clean! Hazel and Rich are fabulous hosts, very easy to communicate with and super helpful. We were in town to see our son play in Cape Cod baseball league and this location is located in a great area and super easy to travel to other cities on the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Cottage in Brewster

This charming Cape Cod new cottage was perfect for our 4 night stay in Brewster. It is attached to the owners home but you have complete privacy during your stay, and the owners are lovely people as well. Bike rentals/trails are so close to the cottage which was perfect for us and it’s really close to many restaurants. Again, Thank you Hazel & Rich for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Cape Cod weekend!

The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped We were fortunate to get great weather so we spent a lot of time on the side patio and used the grill and fire pit. The hosts were fabulous - friendly, accommodating and respectful of our privacy! A must stay!

Absolutely Lovely!

What a charming, clean, organized, and delightful place to stay for a few days with the family. We had everything we needed. Be sure to learn the microwave/convection oven (which makes great pizzas) and the induction stove (great for kids that can't help touching a range). S'mores on the outside fire pit and great sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a Cape vacay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Brewster and look forward to renting the apartment again next year! It was newly renovated and very comfortable, and the central AC was a huge plus since many rentals don't have it. The location was also ideal since we love to spend time in many of the different towns. We also loved the local beaches (Crosby Landing in particular) and could walk to Nickerson State Park which was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Great rental and location that helped make great family memories.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Hazel and Rich made every detail easy and were so welcoming. We took full advantage of the patio for coffee in the morning and fire pit at night. The rental was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated how Hazel and Rich thought of “everything.” Location was a perfect “base of ops.” Easy drives to P-Town one day and Woods Hole Ferry to MV another. Really made our five days on the Cape comfortable and unforgettable. We will be back.
