It is ONE apartment, which contains two separate and extra lockable (with a cylinder lock, no simple room locks) apartments. Each of these apartments has a room and its own toilet with shower. In the middle of both apartments there is a fully equipped kitchen incl. Washing machine that can be used by both apartments.

Washing machine (the kitchen is used by both apartments) and its own beautiful bathroom with rain shower. Pollen and insect screen included, for a peaceful sleep after a hard day's work or travel. Ipod docking station with USB / MP3 / radio alarm clock. Garage in the house optional. One apartment also has a 5m2 logia to the inner courtyard. Elevator.
