Beautiful Location

House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. The access to a dock was great. Kids were able to fish and crab all week. Pictures on VRBO showed access to a kayak but it wasn’t there for us to use . Overall the initial price of the house was fair but with all the fees tacked on, it was a bit on the pricey side. Over $2800 in fees on top of the rental price. All in all, my family had a lot of fun. Can’t go wrong with LBI.
