Welcome to Beach Haven! A new modern beach house in the Laguna Beach community of Panama City Beach. All the comforts of home and just 1 block to the sandy shore. This 3 bedroom modern beach cottage offers with a King bed master suite with a private custom bathroom, a Queen guest bedroom and Bunk room that share the hall bathroom. Its main living area hosts an open concept dining, living and kitchen area. The side patio offers an outdoor shower and Weber charcoal grill. Laguna Beach is prized for the undeveloped beaches, convenient local grocery store, and Thomas` Donuts all within walking distance. Just minutes to Pier Park Shopping center and highway 30a.

The whole house is available for use minus the garage and one owner`s closet.

Message host prior to booking with a dog. Dog Ok under 40lbs. Must Be: well behaved, house trained, crated when left alone at the property, kept off the furniture, picked up after in the yard and neighborhood.

Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly, either bring yours or rent one locally. otherwise, it is advised to have a vehicle for getting around.

Family Vacation

Excellent vacation for a family. Within walking distance to the beach. Very quiet community with a very clean home to relax in. We will certainly be staying again. Also parking for two vehicles (one in driveway, one in front of house).

Wonderfull Fall Getaway

We stayed for a week at this very comfortable home. The neighbors were awesome and a couple stopped to welcome us and introduce themselves while we were outside unloading. One even stopped by and put our trash can out for us on trash pick-up day. Our stay was comfortable and affordable. It is a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart to transport our 2-year-old grandchild and beach needs easily. We also enjoyed using it to go to nearby Thomas' Doughnuts and nearby restaurants. It was a lot of fun to drive out and about in the wonderful weather. You cannot go wrong with this home as a home away from home while at the beach. :-)
