Located just north of downtown, this home features a huge resort style backyard to enjoy.

The backyard includes a private pool, huge outdoor deck and dining area, tanning net, a gazebo with an outdoor TV, and even an outdoor refrigerator to store your drinks.

This home is located just 15 minutes from Las Olas, the beach, and Wilton Drive.

Completely renovated Tulum themed home. Huge sunroom/entertaining area with lots of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and all utensils needed to create a home cooked meal.

Smart TVs in each bedroom with fast WiFi connection to connect to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.

Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge.

Full resort style backyard. Large swimming pool to lounge or swim in. Fully shaded gazebo with smart TV and drink fridge to watch the game and relax. Large deck and dining area to enjoy a meal outside. BBQ. Tanning net to layout on. Outdoor shower to rinse off or shower.

Overall great..when checking in the code didn’t work which I find is very common at most places we stay, but host took care of it right away. Lost power a couple times while there and host was very communicative… Communication with host was prompt. Inside the home was spotless and nicely updated, had everything we needed. Property had great amenities! Just a heads up the location/neighborhood felt a bit rough and may not be for everyone. One thing to note.. there were security cameras that weren’t mentioned in the listing and this would’ve been nice to know for privacy reasons.. just something for future guests to be aware of. Would I reserve this location again… probably not because of neighborhood and cameras but it truly was a great property.

I enjoyed my time traveling so much that I ended up becoming a flight attendant to explore all different areas of the world. I have since gotten a chance to become an Airbnb host with my boyfriend Sean and love it.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and can beat anybody in a Harry Potter trivia challenge. (I've read the entire series over 8 times).

During my travels, I discovered Airbnb. I loved the boutique experience and wanted to provide that same vibe to people coming to visit my home town. I look forward to connecting with you and will do my best to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible!

Why they chose this property

This is my first property that I have purchased purely with the intention to make it the ultimate vacation house. We have renovated this thing top to bottom and put a lot of thought into making it the retreat that it is.

Inspired by a recent trip to Mexico, I decided to theme out the house with a lot of Tulum styled furniture pieces and a light/airy color palette.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is the true centerpiece for this home. There is no backyard like it in South Florida.
