This completely remodeled house is just a short walk away from beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach (0.3 miles to be exact!). The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a modern open living area. Cook dinner in your contemporary kitchen or head out to one of the area's great restaurants. Relax in the private oasis of this beautiful house or take a quick stroll to the beach. Live like a local in this awesome Home Away From Home!

As you enter the house, you are greeted by a large, open living area that contains the beautiful kitchen, sitting area and living room. This space is filled with many windows giving it a ton of natural light. There are 3 bedrooms with the master suite having it's own attached bathroom and huge master closet. There is also a outside covered porch to expand your living area outside into the beautiful weather.

Located in one of the most desirable neighborhood's in Ft. Lauderdale, Dolphin Isles is nestled in-between the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. This residential neighborhood is in high demand as it is just a short walk to the beach, yet so close to Las Olas Blvd and downtown Fort Lauderdale. You are also extremely close to restaurants and shops just north of the house as well as Lauderdale by the Sea. The location is truly unbeatable!

Beautiful House in Excellent Location

We truly enjoyed our time in this well maintain and clean house. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other major places in Fort Lauderdale. Andy and Elizabeth are amazing hosts. We definitely would like to come back to this beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at this very interesting, beautiful home. Minimalist decor throughout with HiTech appointments. This home was a complete 180 from our normal style of interior decorating, but was all a real positive experience ! Outstanding bathroom with "rain-shower" is great ! Impeccably clean and neat located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy stroll to the beach. Easy, Efficient communications with both owner and local manager. A perfect gem in Ft Lauderdale

Just a perfect property. My husband, our daughter and I stayed in this clean and well-equipped property within walking distance of the beach. Perfect location for us and easy to get around. The property owner was very responsive to all my questions. There is a property manager available for any immediate needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay near the beach

Pictures don't do this house justice -- it's even nicer in person! The backyard patio area is spacious and comfortable for work and dining. The furniture throughout the house is extremely comfortable and stylish. It was a great stay!

Memorable Memorial Day weekend!

The house was EXACTLY as described, with the added bonus of mango trees in the garden! The rooms were very nicely furnished. We had an issue with the AC not working when we arrived but it was swiftly fixed with a visit from the AC guy. Both owner and property manager were great to work with too. The house was literally 5 minutes walk from the beach. GREAT location. We already tried to book again for the 4th but unfortunately is was booked. This house will definitely be our 'go to' for future Florida trips.

Great stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms with firm beds. Two bathrooms with good water pressure. Functional kitchen with modern appliances. Nice outdoor patio. Walkable to beach in ten minutes. Nice large screen TV if you are into that sort of thing. No complaints. Check out was a little early but okay.
