We had a nice quiet time staying at the Bear's Den Cabin. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and really enjoyed have a fire in the fireplace each night. Was close to a few great hiking locations and had an excellent dinner at the Tavern.
The property was just as described; small, rustic and with great views. The kitchen is virtually non-existent, but who wants to cook on vacation. Unfortunately, communication was poor. We asked if there was a chance of borrowing a toaster, and they messaged us that they would be bringing one right away. Then we didn’t hear a thing. I would have preferred them telling us no, so we didn’t wait around for them to deliver it. There was also a pair of shoes left in the cabin, and and they didn’t come get them when we alerted them.
Had a great stay. Very cool back deck overlooking grassy area for dogs and kids. Convenient restaurant on site. Will be back soon!

The cabin itself was fine. The front porch is really nice. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is as hard as a rock and I really couldn't sleep on it. It needs some updating, too. The owners/managers were very nice and quick to respond to my questions. The restaurant on the property has great food.
