Welcome to the "Spirit of Folly", a vacation rental that embodies the long history of the Folly Beach community. This tri-plex, 2 short blocks (100 yards) to the beach and 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, and shopping, was built in the mid 20th century and renovated in 2022. The two-bedroom one bath unit has two luxurious king beds and an expansive backyard with classic old oaks providing shade. For a more spacious shower (small shower inside) use the enclosed outdoor shower behind unit C and shared by both units. Walk out the back yard for direct access to the City Park, with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, and a dog park. The unit boasts a full kitchen and multiple off-street parking spots (front and back). Please note you will need to navigate two steps down to access the property. Not enough room? Rent Unit C to double the size. Owners live upstairs.

Great!

Location was awesome and very close to the beach! Owner was very responsive and attentive, and our pup was welcome with us which was perfect. The only thing I did not like is how small the bathroom was. There is almost no counter space and the mirror is hanging on the wall next to the counter, not above it - this May not be an issue for some however we were in town for a wedding so it made getting ready very difficult. Otherwise everything else was great!
