Want to stay on the West Side? This is it. Family friendly and close to everything you want and need. Come stay with us at Peachtree Place II - right across from Splash. Ground floor, end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Nice living area looking out the window to the pool - - which is only steps away. Dining area and reading nook. Enjoy a Queen bedroom with plenty of space to stay for a week or more and bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Spacious master bedroom with king size bed. Double vanity sinks, large closet and separate toilet/shower room. Relax inside in the beach inspired condo, rock in the rocking chairs right outside the door, relax and watch the kids splash around in the pool, enjoy the gazebo and grilling area, or take a quick 5-minute walk to the beach right across the street. Close to Pier Park and all the shopping and restaurants it has to offer. Frank Brown Park close by too. Ready to leave the real world behind for a little while and get your relaxation on? Great quiet location

Great quiet location close to the action and even closer to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It was my first time using VRBO and between this unit and this owner, my experience couldn't have been any better.

Girls Trip

Great PCB location, super clean

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Pictures do not do it justice. Super clean, well equipped, steps from the pool and close to Beach. The only thing I couldn’t find that I needed was some cooking knives. So if that’s all it didn’t have I’d say pretty dang good. If we go back to PCB this would be our first choice.

Tired Teacher Getaway

I have previously stayed at the Peachtree Place 2 but not in this condo!! Everything was great…comfortable beds, beautiful and modern decor…the list goes on and on. Thanks so much Kim, we will be back!!!
