L👀K Waterfront Lake Home … nestled in the beautiful Palo Pinto Hills.
Locally known as The Crappie House because of the great crappie fishing in the boat house. You are right on the water in this charming home situated on a half acre at the north end of beautiful Palo Pinto Lake. It is just a few steps to the water’s edge or directly onto the fabulous dock with conveniently located steps.
Don’t recommend diving off docks, could be stumps in the water! Private dock with 2 kayaks located in the boat house. Deep water fishing reported to be one of the best crappie spots on the lake, in a protected cove with slow No wake zone.
Beautiful sunsets and awesome lake views make this waterfront home ready for incredible memories to be made.
This home has a queen size bedroom downstairs with a full bath, and another queen bedroom upstairs with full bath. There is a twin bed in an alcove upstairs that is a walk through to the second bedroom.
Plenty of room for parking and security camera at the entrance of the property.
Caution:
There is a slight smell of creosote inside the home due to treated wood used in the foundation and on some outside trim treated with creosote. As a precaution we do not recommend our home to those with asthma or other respiratory issues. We do use HEPA rated air filters for the A/C system and a NuWave HEPA Smart Air Purifier, an advanced 5-filter system that can handle everything from pet dander to particles and fumes to molds, bacteria and viruses; exceptional clean air delivery rate, go-anywhere 360-degree air intake, air quality sensors, high energy efficiency.
