Newly furnished 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom downtown loft! This unique and historic loft is located just 1.6 miles from Georgia Southern. While staying at the lofts you will be just above the highly rated steakhouse, Bull and Barrel, with amazing food and excellent service. This accommodation is also walking distance to many shops, cafés, and more restaurants!

Other Things to Note:
This is a loft above a busy restaurant and downtown. At times you can hear the neighbors or typical city noises. A noise machine is provided to help guests who are light sleepers.

Location seems great but didn’t have time to enjoy. The master is upstairs with a slanted roof line. Not great for turning the on fan that helps cool upstairs (even if your 5’ 2” gonna hit your head.) downstairs had your essentials but they offer a balcony without any seating. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors close and the tub is vey old with rust staining. It was fine for me but not again or with my family.

The property manager was great and the check in was super easy. The kitchen and living room are good. The bedroom and bathrooms are pretty rough. The full bath is very small and the finish is off the tub with rust stains running down the tub and the wall. The air feels very moist at night from the air conditioning. The manager was attentive to our issues and said she will be able to address some of the bathroom issues but I just think anyone renting this unit should be aware of the bathroom situation.

This place is fabulous! The loft was super clean, cute & stocked with everything needed. Not only was the bed very comfortable it actually smelled good. Location is great & easy to get to GSU.

A Great Opportunity

Exactly how it is pictured is exactly how it looks. This was my first rental and i look forward to doing more. This property is located in downtown Statesboro, home of Georgia Southern Eagles, walking distance to many shops and eateries. The neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful. The loft is very clean and welcoming. I look forward to renting this property again with many others in the future
