The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Place linens for each bed into one pillowcase per bed and place in foyer.
-Place towels and dish towels on laundry room floor.
- Wash, dry, & fold used beach towels & place back in the laundry room.
-Place furniture and chairs back if moved during your stay.
-Remove all food. Any unopened/unused food, may be left for cleaning staff.
- Empty all trash cans & place in outside garbage bins.
- There will be a $100 charge for any dirty dishes that are put into cabinets.
- Leftover firewood may be left by firepit
- Lightly used beach and pool items may be left in community storage box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
