Luxury Home In Arnold With Tons of Privacy & Space

This is one of the most luxurious homes in Arnold. With all new furniture throughout, this 3,500 sq. ft of living space will entertain your entire family & friends. The home backs up to the national forest so you have complete privacy. The back deck is over 1,200 sq. ft and includes a gazebo, multiple sitting & lounging areas, hot tub, fire pit in the winter, & heat lamps. The house has a whole house generator, dual zone AC, radiant heat, and wifi. The Arnold rim trail is right outside your door for endless fun!

Rest your head in one of the 4 newly furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Master - 1 king bed with en suite bathroom, Bedroom 2: king bed, Bedroom 3: king bed, Bedroom 4: trundle bed (2 twins) and crib.

This spacious house features two living areas, one on each floor. The upstairs living area includes kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and bar sized fridge.

For those who need to do a little work on vacation, there is a fully-functional office desk (monitor, keypad, mouse and printer) with the highest speed internet provided for Arnold.

Explore the variety of boardgames or sit-back and watch TV on one of the 3 TVs in the home, all of which have Apple TV and Sonos system throughout the entire house!

For those who love to cook, this kitchen is for you! The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features GE and Bosch stainless steel appliances and a 6 burner cooktop. Appliances include toaster oven, microwave, wine preserver and a Keurig coffee maker.

There are multiple seating options when it comes to mealtime including seating for 3 at the peninsula island, 6 at the nook, up to 8 guests at the formal dining room and a screened outdoor gazebo that can seat 6.

Relax outside and enjoy the unobstructed view of the national forest on the spacious 1,200 sq. ft back deck which includes multiple seating areas, a hot tub that seats 6 adults comfortably, a Weber grill and heat lamps for those cool evenings.

Linens and towels are provided.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests can also now use the HOA amenities at an additional cost. HOA information will be sent upon confirmed booking.

Cell service is spotty in Arnold. If you have AT&T you will not have service until you connect to WiFi. Be sure to put directions to the cabin in your phone and save any important details prior to getting in the mountains. If you have Verizon you will be fine.

There is so much to do in and around Arnold, including wine tasting/tours in nearby Murphys, a visit to Calaveras Big Trees State Park or take a 17-mile hike in the wooded trail of Arnold Rim Trail. Visit multiple lakes including White Pines Lakes, New Melones Lake and Lake Alpine. Go skiing or snowboarding at Bear Valley Resort. Get adventures and go White Water Adventure at North Fork Stanislaus River!

Take a trip to Blue Lake Springs as our guest to utilize their facilities which includes 2 private lakes, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, Olympic size swimming pool, snack shack, full service restaurant, shuffle board, ping pong, sand volleyball, BBQ and Picnic areas, sandy beaches, golf course and more. Fees are $15 daily/$90 weekly for individual or $75 daily/$300 weekly for a group up to 6 people. Must show our BLSHA Guest Card along with photo ID at the Recreation Office window.

Please Note: The house has an alarm system and four nest cameras on the outside of the property for security purposes. Two of them are located on the front of the house, and capture video of the driveway and walkway up to the front door. Two are located on the back of the house and capture the patio, & garden. The are triggered with motion and will automatically record.
