Private getaway on St. Helena Island near Historic Beaufort. Enjoy the true laid back Low Country experience while being only 10 minutes from downtown Beaufort, 15 minutes from Paris Island, and 30 minutes to the Hunting Island Beach!

You'll have the entire 1 bedroom, 1 bath home on a private acre lot with private dock and beautiful views of the salt marshes of Capers Creek. Watch the sunrise over the marsh, then head just down the road to Low Country Cider Company for coffee and breakfast. Try fishing or crabbing from the dock and look out for the stingrays that come in and go out with the tide. Wallace boat landing is a short drive away to put your boat in. Cook your fresh catch in the full kitchen, on the gas griddle grill, or enjoy one of the great restaurants nearby. Also, keep your eyes open for deer out in the front yard.

What a great getaway. Everything was better than expected and so much nicer than the photos of this oasis. We will book again next spring. And the location, it is hard to beat. Waterfowl and nature at its best and only 5-10 minutes to some of the finest dining in Beaufort. Ryan, you and Elizabeth have a beautiful place. Thank you letting us enjoy our 5 days at your home.

We loved the privacy and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the dock. The live oak trees and Spanish moss were beautiful along with the local deer.

This house has ALL the amenities. You could literally go straight there and have everything you need for the night as far as bathroom supplies and coffee for the morning. It is extremely clean and has everything you need to cook with. Walmart is only 2 miles away for your groceries. There are also plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. Even the floor mattress is extremely clean and comfortable. It was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 young children. The yard and pier offered lots of fun activities like fishing and crabbing. We saw deer, sting rays, crabs, and fish. It is secluded and quiet and beautiful. There are beaches close by as well that are great for finding shells and shark teeth. The host was very professional and checked in on us as well.

This was a nice quiet and peaceful retreat. Accommodations were excellent and clean. Great place to get away and relax while having quick access to entertainment, shopping, and dining. No negatives, just wish it had laundry.

Beautiful location

We had a great stay to celebrate our anniversary. The private location with the dock and gorgeous view was fantastic. We loved the crab fishing and the occasional stingray that we caught. The inside was a perfect setup for my husband and I. Quick and easy contact with the owner. Great trip and we look forward to sharing with others and returning ourselves soon.
