Located right on the intracoastal on Flagler, enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a view of the pool and in the distance of the boats passing on the water. Perfectly located near downtown west palm beach and city place filled with shops and attractions. Only a 5 minute drive across the bridge to the luxurious island of Palm Beach with local beach access. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, gym and pool table for some fun and relaxation. Open the screened windows at night to hear the sound of the fountain located right outside the window. Take a walk in the evening right along Flagler and see all the beautiful yachts and boats passing by. Located in a safe and beautiful spot near all the wonderful attractions West Palm and Palm Beach have to offer. The condo is a gated community and family oriented.
