A small, bright apartment with modern and high quality furnishings is waiting for you.

The single-storey apartment is located in a family house in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The apartment itself can be reached via a footpath and a small patio via its own entrance with its own doorbell. The patio, which is not visible from the house, offers you a west view of Beilstein Castle.
The 44 square meter apartment has a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living / dining room and a bedroom.
All rooms have granite or parquet floors.

In the modern and high-quality kitchen you will find a stove with ceramic hob and oven, as well as a large refrigerator. The kitchen is set up for 6 people and is well equipped. In the kitchen you will find a coffee filter, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The modern interior bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

In the bedroom you will find a 1.80 mx 2.00 m double bed. Furthermore a large wardrobe. For small office work you will also find a desk with a luggage rack in the bedroom.

The living room with two floor-to-ceiling windows has a fold-out couch that can optionally sleep a third person.
There is also a table with 4 chairs and an LCD TV with satellite TV.

The apartment includes free WiFi.

Optionally, you can get a high chair and a travel cot.

The apartment includes towels and bath towels, as well as bed linen for 2 people.


A final cleaning of 40 euros is to be paid for the apartment.

Oberstenfeld has grown infrastructure with supermarkets, restaurants and café. An Edeka supermarket is within walking distance.
The A81 motorway can be reached in 10 minutes. By car you are in Heilbronn Backnang or Ludwigsburg in 30 minutes, to Stuttgart it takes about 40 minutes.
There is a bus connection to the Heilbronner Verkehrsverbund, as well as a direct bus connection to Marbach and Ludwigsburg.

Oberstenfeld is located at the foot of the Löwenstein Mountains in the middle of vineyards with a view of the castles Beilstein and Lichtenfels. The first hiking trails can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The Schwäbisch - Franconian Forest nature park can be reached by car in 15 minutes.

The Schozachtal and Neckartalradweg, which is popular among cyclists, are on the outskirts of Oberstenfeld.
