The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 meters away. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is about 1.3 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade. The dog beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in erster Reihe.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Ich würde einen halben Punkt für die Sauberkeit abziehen. Es gab da noch diverse Kaffeespritzer etc von den Vormieter an den weißen Tisch- und Stuhlbeinen. Aber das ist nichts, weswegen man sich hätte beschweren müssten. 😉 Nur den Tiefgaragenplatz haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir kamen abends an und hatten große Schwierigkeiten mit unserem großen Wagen dort runter zu kommen. Auch das rangieren war nicht so einfach und so haben wir uns entschlossen, das "Risiko" ein zweites Mal einzugehen. Und das war auch gut so, wir haben 2x mitbekommen, dass andere Mieter mir dem Wagen hängen geblieben sind. Aber mit einem kleineren Auto sollte es gehen 🙂 Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter 👍

Schlafsofa war kaput

Das schlafsofa war kaput und die dafur ersatz klappbett sehr unbequem. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber: wir mussten die Fenster putzen und die Fussböden nass wischen weil sie dreckig waren. Alle Fussböden im der ganzen Wohnung waren sandig. Und das Badezimmer war nicht gründlich sauber gemacht. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen!
