Lovely

Whole family gathered. Youngest grandson is 4, mom is 97. She got a lovely room on the ground floor, meaning no stairs needed. We saw a herd of wild elk nearby. Great walks. We had bbq and meals prepared in well equipped kitchen. Hot tub in the evening. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stay

Home is beautifully designed and decorated! The HEATED game room was perfect for rambunctious kiddos wanting to play! Hot tub was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a lovely christmas stay!

Very nice, only issue was the upstairs bedroom kitty corner from the room with bunk bed did not have hot water in the shower, tepid at best. That shower also dripped occasionally. This is just info to improve the place, it in no way diminished from our stay. Thank you

Fantastic Property!

Great house. Super clean & modern. Exactly as it was described online. The check-in process was seamless and my family and our friends were all comfortable in this house. The property manager was very responsive to questions, updates via text. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There’s a house being built next door and the construction crew worked really hard, long days, but I barely heard any noise. The house is conveniently located to a lot of amenities. I would totally stay here again!

This property is equipped with and prepared for everything vacationers could ask for. One special note: The property management team is by FAR the best I’ve ever worked with. Their communications and instructions covered every question one might have, and they actually have command of everything digital. That takes a big load off renters’ shoulders.

We chose it for a long weekend to celebrate Friendsgiving, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with pans, baking dishes, knives, dinnerware, utensils, and more, making meal prep a breeze. Also, each of us had our own private room and bathroom, which was a delightful luxury.We were, however, a bit disappointed with two things: (1) the arcade game didn’t work, which was unfortunate as the game room played a significant role in choosing this house, and (2) the fire pit, located under cover, didn’t include a propane tank because the resort was “planning for winter,” which honestly didn’t make a lot of sense to us. Despite these minor issues, customer support was very responsive whenever we reached out.

Thanksgiving in Suncadia at Par 6 Lodge

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was beautiful, clean and maintained. The location of the property was excellent. The en-suites are perfect for multi generation vacations. The grandkids loved the playroom/garage, the hot tub and fire pit. The check in and check out process was excellent. For all those reasons I want to recommend this home. We personally will not rent this home again. We were interested in this particular home because it could house so many people. With that many people there needs to be a solution for guest needs regarding food/clothing storage. The pantry was not accessible to guests leaving much of our dry food all over the counters in the kitchen and floor in the dining room despite moving around things in two cabinets for storage. Many of the closets are also not accessible to include the primary suites leaving guests to have to share closet space with others. We will rent again in Suncadia with Vacation Rental 365 as they have always been excellent!

Booker beware

House itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay despite receiving a text 1 day prior to check in that the owners had an “unforeseen emergency” and the home was not available for our reservation; an emergency that disappeared once the discussion of compensation for potential charges we might incur for flights we would need to cancel. The other issue with this property is that all walk-in closets and hall closet are “owner access only” leaving nowhere to hang clothes or coats. Pantry was also “owner access only” leaving absolutely nowhere to store all the food we brought to feed 10 people for 4 days. Based on the number of “owner access only” the home is obviously used by the owners which begs the question was there really an “emergency” or did the owner decide they had met their desired revenue for the year and wanted to use the property themselves(?). We appreciate management’s efforts to provide an alternative property and they made every effort to provide something similar. Closet access may sound like a petty grievance but we had a photographer scheduled for family photos and had to leave all our hanging clothes hanging in the car. The lack of a pantry should be mentioned in the marketing and owners should be prepared to provide compensation for a cancellation on such short notice because it reflects poorly on VR365. We were fortunate enough to have found resolve but had we not we would certainly not have felt comfortable using VR365 in the future.

Family 4th of July stay with 4 generations! It was our first time staying in Suncadia and we loved the safe family atmosphere! The house was wonderful and nice for everyone to have a bedroom with a bathroom. The home was as beautiful as the photos! Communication with owners was easy and professional. We loved the doors that opened out onto the patio, the fireplace worked great when it wasn't windy. The kitchen is stocked fairly well with all the tools you may need. Cool playroom for the kids, and great location to the new park. Only feedback relates to a few furniture pieces that had specific instructions regarding care. Maybe swap for items that cannot be easily damaged?Overall great stay and the team is quick to respond!

Perfect stay!

Had an incredibly enjoyable bachelorette weekend here! The house was beautiful and wonderfully clean. Love that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of space. The hot tub works well and the neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. It was nice to not have a house directly behind but only one on either side.
