Located on the 3rd floor in one of Waco's most luxurious condo buildings, this prior life factory has been remodeled into beautiful condos focused on preserving its history while providing all the comforts of home & more. The Beehive is modern, it's vintage, it's everything you ever dreamed of. Providing a fully stocked kitchen for when you are not out enjoying the local restaurants, cable tv and many games for when you are staying in, and a murphy bed that allows for extra sleeping space when needed or converts into a desk if you are in town on business! Beyond that it boasts FREE parking- a hard sought after, but rarely found perk of any downtown Waco area. So park your car, ditch the gas pump & comfortably walk just minutes to many of the destinations bound to be on your Waco vacation checklist.

We have one designated parking space located in an a parking lot located adjacent to the building. There is also free street parking and free parking across the street. A parking diagram along with directions and instructions will be given 3 days before your stay.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
