I enjoyed this very comfortable sunny condo with gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and some mountain views. Super convenient location, grocery store and lots of good restaurants close by. Free shuttle in front of the complex. Great amenities (gym, pool, hot tubs, basket ball hoop, etc.) Comfortable king bed and queen bed sleeper sofa. Would definitely recommend!
We stayed at Joanne's place for a bit over a month and enjoyed every minute! The apartment is beautifully decorated, incredibly well-stocked, and just so cozy. The location is convenient, too--it's a short drive to the nearby shopping center(s), downtown Park City, and Park City Mountain Resort. You really can't beat the value of this place, and if you're lucky enough to find some availability, don't wait!

Convenient location, upscale furnishings
Everything was clean and well organized. Perfect for a quick Sundance visit or a ski weekend for a couple. Would suggest a rental car to get around, as apartment is situated on the other side of the 80 from Main St.

Since you were driving a car, you missed the wonderful pathway and its underpass for walkers or bickers, that goes directly to Redstone and all around the Redstone area, and beside the Swaner Eco Reserve.
This was a great property because of its location, the owner, and it’s comfort level. I would go back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property. 15 minute drive from the deer valley gondola at jordanelle. A short drive to the shops and outlets at kimball junction and a 30 minute drive from the shopping centres of Salt Lake City. Joanne The host was responsive to our requests and allowed us early access on our first night stay which really helped with settling in quickly. We will definitely try to stay again on our next visit to park city.
We did a long term stay at this condo for 11 months and it was awesome! The location is hard to beat and you have super easy access to all ski resorts and hiking trails in the summer time. The place is a little small, but you know that going in. The outdoor storage on the patio is nice to have and keep your ski stuff in.
Joanne was super helpful and accommodating and if there was a problem or we needed anything she was super quick to respond.
Overall would definitely recommend Joanne’s place!

Stylish and cozy snow retreat!
We loved the cozy ski retreat that we called home for 7 weeks. Clean, comfortable, stylish, quiet, great location, incredibly well stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Absolutely everything was thought of and provided including games, books and candles! The owner was wonderful and extremely accommodating with late checkout and late deposit requests while we juggled other commitments. Convenient undercover carpark, good wi-fi, the bus stop is right out front of the complex and the shops are about two minutes' drive away. A great find!

Condo is spotless on arrival, furnished beautiful, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. King bed is extremely comfortable, friends used the queen sleeper in the living room and were very happy with the bed. Location is literally 10 minutes from Canyons and 20 minutes to Park City. five minutes to Whole Foods and Walmart. Really an excellent property overall! I definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting the Park City area.

i really enjoyed the large king size bed; it was quite comfortable. the walk-in closet provided tons of storage. bedroom has an air filter. patio access from both bedroom and living room is convenient. i couldn't find an ice cream scooper, which was a bit of a let down... lol. fridge is stocked with a brita filter and there are some ice packs in the freezer as well as ice cube trays. the cookware was high quality and i enjoyed cooking with them. central heating+A/C will make this place comfortable year round. the shower is at a pretty low height and probably the worst part of such a wonderful experience.
We were very comfortable in the condo for our month long ski trip. The cozy condo is well appointed and well stocked. The location was quiet and convenient to everything, walkable or in car. Several maintenance issues came up during the first week. The host was readily available and all issues were resolved quickly.
Enjoyed our 6 weeks in condo . Easy access to freeway and Kimble junction.
Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bed. No AC but unit stayed cool even in 88 degree heat.

I miss you Park City!
This was such a perfect set up for me during my stay in Park City for work. I'm so glad I found this gem.
This place was perfect for me because it had everything I could ever need and more! Covered reserved parking is included which is nice especially during snow season. This layout would be perfect for single travelers, a couple, or a small group of no more than 4 people. There's a comfortable king bed in the bedroom & the sofa has a pull out mattress. Joanne did a wonderful job decorating and having everything ready for your stay. Kitchen is perfect sized, not too big and not too small & it has everything you need in terms of cookware and kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is the washer and dryer! Yup, I was sold when I saw that there's a W/D in the unit. Also, the water softener is another added bonus :) Cable and wifi is also provided. There is a small gym & pool as well.
The unit is located in Kimball Junction, which means: easy access to the freeway, next to state of the art recreational centers, Whole Foods, liquor store, lots of shopping, bus stops and Main st is a quick 10 minute drive (added bonus, you don't have to deal with the craziness of Main St) I was living here by myself and I felt completely safe during my stay. Very peaceful compared to other locations I've worked in.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my stay in Park City. Joanne was super accommodating from beginning to the very end. She was always easy to reach and genuinely cares for her guests. I wish Joanne had rentals in every location I go to for work and vacation!

Summer Escape
My wife and I were searching for a place to escape the summer heat and humidity of South Florida and found the ideal location at Joanne's condo. The mild summer days and cool, comfortable evenings were complimented by every amenity that we needed (and some we hadn't thought of). We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony and the herd of deer behind the condo that captivated us every morning and evening. The nearby Olympic Village, Park City and its shops and restaurants, numerous hiking trails and scenic mountain drives provided no end of activities. The property was clean, well-maintained and we were provided with a local point of contact. Joanne was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her property to anyone visiting the area and looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway.
