About this property

Waterfront with spectacular view, close to restaurants and bars

Imagine yourself with a glass of wine, sitting on our front porch (we call it our Tuscan veranda), watching a breathtaking sunset over Monroe Bay. Unobstructed water view, located on "The Point", recently renovated with cook's kitchen, 2 beds, 2 full baths, sleeping up to 5 guests. Beaches a short 3 block scenic walk. Bring your bikes or rent a golfcart. A variety of restaurants/bars located within blocks. Wifi included. Ample parking for cars and trailers. When we have guests in the house we occupy our RV at the rear of our 17,000 square foot property. Nothing is shared between us and our guests including amenities. Guests are closer to next door neighbors than they are to us.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautiful waterfront property. The location was fantastic, and we loved watching the swan and osprey go about their days from the front porch. We were two couples (ages 45-75!), and the place and town were the perfect, relaxing getaway.

This was seriously a wonderful place. Everything was super clean upon arrival, communication with William was also pleasant. Got a chance to speak with William as we were leaving, he was an extremely nice gentleman. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

This was a great rental for a small family. We enjoyed the amazing water view, sitting on the porch with our kids. The ability to cook and do laundry was an added plus that made us feel at home. We will be renting this baby again!

Very well maintained house. Well stocked kitchen, etc. Comfortable living room.Not host's fault, but I am only about 4 feet 10 and it was extremely difficult to get onto the bed. I've never found a rental unit that had a bed that was easy for me to get onto.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at William and Sharon's home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making it a beautiful, comfortable place to relax.The view is simply incredible, and we spent so much time enjoying it from the magnificent front porch. It was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening.The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. Every room felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the double-head shower felt like a luxury after a day at the beach. As a woman, I especially appreciated having a vanity—it was such a thoughtful touch that made getting ready so much easier.My husband was thrilled with the large TVs, and we both loved how comfortable and inviting the entire home felt. It's clear that William and Sharon have gone above and beyond to create a place where guests can truly relax and feel at home.If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-appointed place to stay at Colonial Beach with amazing views and wonderful hosts, we couldn't recommend this home more highly. We would gladly stay here again!
