We loved this place!! Our favorite spot was the front porch-beautiful sunsets! Host was very prompt with communication. House had everything we needed for a long weekend with Friends. Terrific Mexican restaurant just up the street!!

This Colonial Beach property is perfect! The open space, location, decorations and the view from the lovely porch all were above expectation! Nothing needs change. Watching the sunrise and set were beautiful and as an added bonus a neighbor was sunset crabbing. So a treat to watch. Thank you for a terrific stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautiful waterfront property. The location was fantastic, and we loved watching the swan and osprey go about their days from the front porch. We were two couples (ages 45-75!), and the place and town were the perfect, relaxing getaway.

This was seriously a wonderful place. Everything was super clean upon arrival, communication with William was also pleasant. Got a chance to speak with William as we were leaving, he was an extremely nice gentleman. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

This was a great rental for a small family. We enjoyed the amazing water view, sitting on the porch with our kids. The ability to cook and do laundry was an added plus that made us feel at home. We will be renting this baby again!
