This cosy studio apartment in Porec, Istria, is located approximately 200 metres from the pebble beach and can accommodate up to three people. The ground floor accommodation features a living and sleeping area with a double bed, sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.



The covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to breakfast outdoors. The holiday home also offers its guests courtyard and garden use as well as a parking space on site. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The location in a quiet residential area with plenty of greenery is ideal for beach holidays, family vacations, active holidays, cultural and wellness trips. Restaurants, supermarkets and medical facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling and mountain biking, mini golf, high ropes course, wine tours or visiting museums and aqua parks.



Additional costs are incurred for the use of air conditioning and tourist tax. Included in the price are final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, internet and kitchen towels.
