Welcome to the apartment "FöhrZauber" in Oldsum!

In the idyllic fishing village Oldsum you will find our spacious and spacious apartment. It extends with approx. 110 m² over the ground floor of the house 178 in the district Toftum. The private garden area with beach chair and seating invite you to relax and linger.

The 3-room apartment with plenty of space to unfold is suitable for 4 people and additional toddler. There is a bright and friendly décor in the living rooms, a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is newly renovated and has underfloor heating and walk in shower. Experience the homely atmosphere of the friendly modern living area and cozy moments while looking at the stove.
The modern furnished kitchen offers cooking pleasure and dining area in one. Additional storage facilities and a storage warehouse follow. There is a free Wi-Fi connection and landline telephone (in German landline) available.

Use the well-kept garden to rest and relax with a good book on the sun lounger or the sundowner with good entertainment with a clear view towards Oldsumer mill. For the children a swing with climbing castle is available. A parking space at the house is available. In the shared laundry room washing machine and dryer can be used.

In the frieze village, characterized by thatched houses, you will find two small cafés with shops, a restaurant, studios and small galleries as well as a food market "Edeka" for the daily needs.

Die Lage war für uns genau richtig, schön ruhig und alles innerhalb von max. 15 min mit dem Auto

Die Lage war für uns genau richtig, schön ruhig und alles innerhalb von max. 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch gut. Den Service vor Ort haben wir nicht gebraucht, wäre aber auch jederzeit möglich gewesen. An der Sauberkeit kann man noch arbeiten, es war 'offensichtlich' sauber, gab jedoch ein paar Ecken die man nicht bei jeder Reinigung beachtet. Ein waren ein paar Spinnennetzchen, Staubflusen auf die man noch mehr achten könnte, ein neues Plissee im Bad anzubringen wäre auch gut. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist super gut eingerichtet und sehr groß. Das renovierte Bad punktet nicht nur aber auch sehr durch die Fußbodenheizung. Alles in allem eine sehr große und passende Wohnung für uns drei Mädels mit zwei Hunden.
