Very nice property

Chose the location because it's close to a relatives residence but will return because it's quiet, nicely appointed, and the pool / work out room access. The property is also adjacent to two local shopping area and near McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve with good hiking.

Perfect getaway

The condo was super clean and nicely decorated . The condo had everything we needed. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to stores, and places to eat. Close to trails , bike rentals and pickle ball courts. The facility had 2 nice pool areas and was very clean . Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!

This place is truly a gem. The location cannot be beat, as tons of coffee, a grocery store, restaurants, and even a hot yoga studio is within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and just as pictured. The little condo was so comfortable.

Lovely Condo

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. It was spacious, fresh and clean, and decorated nicely. The grounds were quite pretty and well kept. We especially enjoyed the pool.

Quiet and easy access to area

We would definitely stay here again. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was easy access to the 101 and close to Mayo hospital area. Just a suggestion of more towels and washcloths. It was very clean and I would give 5 stars for cleanliness with the only exception that the carpeting should be replaced if the stains are permanent. Otherwise, 5 stars to the owners and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Stop For Business Stay

If you are in town for business, look this place up. Skip the hotel. Ample space and amenities, without the hassle of trying to operate gates and garage doors. Coffee was stocked and there looked to be enough kitchen wares should you care to cook. Might be the best one I've stayed at.

Great location

Nice pool and gym area. Well located. Parking is easy. Very friendly and responsive property manager. We had trouble with washing machine and they picked up our clothes and had them laundered free of charge. Would stay here again.

So convenient to Westworld and great restaurants

Love to stay at thus condominium complex. This apartment did not disappoint! Clean, everything as shown on the website. Covered parking a bonus. Love the gym and pool. Very safe and close to great restaurants ( Hash Kitchen is my fav!) , grocery stores, and shopping. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy. The condo needed maintenance. Ceiling fan in living room did not work. Office offered to have someone come out to fix. Cupboards in kitchen had very loose doors. We fixed! The filter on the window air conditioner was FILTHY! WE CLEANED!. Do have photo.

If you value cleanliness, I would not recommend.

The location, amenities, decor, and space were great for our needs. I could not look past the cleanliness of the place though. The shower didn’t drain causing us to have to stand in our own fifth and others. There was a thick layer of dust on all the light fixtures, tall furniture, and fridge. The toilet had a brown smudge next to the door handle, telling me it had not been wiped down. The carpet is dated and stained. We reached out to the property manager with our issues and they failed to address any of the problems, most importantly the non-draining shower. We would have given a better rating if they had done anything to rectify the situation , but they did not. If you value cleanliness at all, steer clear of this property

Fantastic property in a great location

The property is lovely and in a really convenient location. The only issue we had was the shower not working for the first 3 days which given the 24hrs of flying prior to arrival wasn't ideal. I tried to email 3 times about with no response unfortunately. I then called the emergency phone numbers and they were able to get it fixed. But it was a long time to not be able to shower at a property we paid a lot of money to stay at.
