This condo was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed! The location was perfect for us to visit family and explore Scottsdale. The owners were super helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Nice condo- would stay here again

This condo was really nice. It was very clean and was a good amount of room for a 2 bedroom. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and it was really nice to have a designated covered parking spot. We would stay here again.

Great Loaction

This condo was in a great location. Short walk to bars, restaurants and shops just like in the descriptions. Comfortable beds and clean property. Owners were quick to respond.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

It was hot in Scottsdale but the a/c worked great to keep us comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The "gym" really isn't a gym but a tiny room with 3 options....1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 bike but that's not what we were there for and I was the only one in there so no biggy.

PROS: Owners are very friendly and responsive. Great location, right off Camelback Condo clean and well supplied Nice outdoor sitting area CONS: TV channels don't have ESPN or major network sports (consolation is Zips is a great sportsbar close by) Hot tub wasn't working while we were there. (would have been nice to know this ahead of time)

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean condo in the perfect location to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Very proactive hosts who sent clear, detailed, accurate instructions. The place was great & was a perfect location being very close to downtown Scottsdale. The exterior is a bit dated but once you get inside the condo you’ll see it’s been fully updated and done very well. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. Long weekend

Check in and check out process was really easy. We arrived after dark so it was a little harder to find the right building as the area is not well lit at night. Convenient parking directly in front of the building. Great communication with the host. Convenient location within walking distance to Old Town shops, restaurants and Fashion Square Mall.

Great golfing week

Very nice centralized property, close to many activities. The whole building complex appears dated, but the condo itself looks like it has been upgraded and renovated. Very comfortable and clean.

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and all furnishings and appliances are new.
There are 2 bathrooms, one in Master Bedroom with new tiled shower, the second one has a tub/shower and one both are fully enclosed with glass sliding doors.

New tubs, tile, toilets, vanities, lighting, fixtures etc. Same with kitchen. All furnishings are brand new.
Both bedrooms have new king beds and furnishings.

What makes this property unique

The location offers 1 assigned covered parking spot. If you won't be traveling by car then Uber and Lyft are very active in the area. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
