A Few House Notes
Dog-friendly (with approval and a small fee) — there’s even a fenced dog park in the community!We know that dogs are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved, potty-trained pups. Please note there’s a $150 pet fee, and our HOA does have a few guidelines we ask guests to follow.
To keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that:
Dogs stay off the furniture and beds
Owners clean up after their pets (inside and out)
Let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog (40 lb max).
Extra cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive pet hair or damage. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time.

The home comes stocked with a starter supply of coffee, tea, and essentials. For longer stays (28+ days), monthly cleanings are required to keep everything fresh. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:30 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a small fee.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE & HOA COMPLIANCE
Per the City of Scottsdale: “All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.” There is a 9PM-7AM noise ordinance set by the HOA which includes outdoor areas (patio and rooftop). Please note, the HOA of this community also requires that we register guests by submitting adults' names & phone numbers, and vehicle information, prior to arrival.
