Perfect!

Wonderful location for walk ability. Close to grocery, old town and green belt. Condo even better than photos. Great balcony and condo is well stocked. Already planning my next trip and don’t want to settle for anything less. 😊

Old Town Gem

Loved our stay! Super cute remodel. Our kids (and even myself) loved the heated pool. Great location if you want to enjoy Old Town Scottsdale. Owners are quick to respond and reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly with our stay. Would love to stay here again when we come back.

We love to travel ourselves and we think we understand what travelers are looking for in a short term accommodation. We try our best to insure our guests have a pleasant and fun stay.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. In the heart of Scottsdale close to all the shopping and activities you want to participate in. The condo has been completely remodeled and all furnishings and appliances are new.
The bathroom is brand new with new tiled tub/shower and fully enclosed with glass sliding doors. New tub, tile, toilets, vanities, lighting, fixtures etc. Same with kitchen. All furnishings are brand new.
Both bedrooms have new king beds and furnishings.

What makes this property unique

The location offers 1 assigned covered parking spot #90 and there is additional parking available in parking lot along Parkway Ave. If you won't be traveling by car then Uber and Lyft are very active in the area. There are also rental bicycles and electric scooters (Bird) you can rent during your stay. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
