3-room apartment "Waldow" Ground floor - Ulmenhof

The 60 sqm apartment on the ground floor of the Ulmenhof in Nieblum offers 2 to 4 people a cozy holiday home under thatch in the middle of the island village Nieblum. The tastefully furnished living area invites you to linger. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and stereo and telephone. The kitchen has electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the apartment and can be used free of charge. The spacious cottage garden with fruit trees and garden furniture is available for common use with the other guests of the Ulmenhof.

Nieblum has one of the most beautiful island villages on Föhr and has a lot to offer. Around the Friesendom are typical Frisian thatched houses. Idyllic streets invite you to stroll and look. Here you will find u. a. a bakery for the fresh breakfast rolls and a supermarket. Visit one of the small cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnunghat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Wir habenuns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer (2 Sessel und ein Sofa) waren extrem ausgeleiert und für ältere Menschen sehr unbequem. Der Fernseher hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Wenn bis nächstes Jahr neue, bequeme Sessel und Sofa in der Wohnung sind, würden wir ggf. die Wohnung nochmal buchen. Was ebenfalls zu bemängeln war, dass bei dem Schne den wir dieses Jahr hatten, kein Räumdienst vorhanden war (nicht mal eine Schaufel oder ein Besen, dann hätten wir das selber besorgt). So mussten wir immer durch den hohen Schnee ins Haus und haben natürlich damit auch viel Schmutz und Nässe in die Wohnung getragen. Das tut uns leid, war aber nicht zu ändern.
