Holiday house at the Mecklenburg Lake District, at the Fleesensee

Bright and nice house on the lake. Only a few meters from the marina. Lake view from the balcony.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac (sand path) on a small wooded area and has a small, but fine plot.
From there, a narrow footpath leads directly to the marina.

My house is bright and decorated with great attention to detail. The bedroom with loggia upstairs is reached via a spiral staircase. The brightly tiled shower room has a window. The open kitchen is well equipped with dishes from Villeroy & Boch, coffee maker, pots, cutlery and beautiful glasses. The brightly tiled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows leads to the conservatory. From the south-facing terrace in front of the house with bench and table you have a beautiful view of nature. Parasol and barbecue are available.

The Heidepark Silz is located directly on the Fleesensee amidst beautiful nature with mature trees. There are several sandy beaches within walking distance as well as a beach volleyball court. A restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the lake as well as a mini market with daily fresh rolls and snacks for daily needs is also available.

The video monitored marina is just steps away from the house. If necessary, I can take care of a guest berth for the own boat. Please let me know in advance.
The 11 km2 Fleesensee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.

Other shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies and post office are located in the nearby, picturesque Malchow
